Rampers make sense: they are talking up the stock which they own. Everyone wants higher prices!
Down Rampers dont make sense: if you don't own the stock and have no intention to buy it, why would you waste time writing posts about it? If you do then you obviously have an agenda, ie to talk the stock down so you can buy at a lower price
