Conveniently, the board has listed the AGM 4 days before the penalty hearing to be heard on 24 November 2020, but it's unclear whether a judgment will be handed down on that date. Between the above, the false opinion that a COVID vaccine will impede ecommerce, and the lack of market support when TPW announced its business update a short while ago, I can't rule out a few bumpy days ahead.
