I tend to agree. The board and the company are already doing such a great job growing shareholder wealth. Surely as owners, we should not send the wrong message that performance will not be rewarded? I mean disincentivising great performance will be a big risk for shareholders. If they feel disgruntled, they may care less about the company and then we will all be worse off!
We need the growth and profitability to continue so we get some sweet bi-annual dividends plus significant capital growth. My type of investment!
