Given that up to half the money came from CHM for assets you better go research the words "constructive trust" and the powers that the court of equity have.
I doubt that even CHM directors expect to get 100% of asset but as I said before even 10% is estimated to be worth 25 cents per share to CHM and I do not think the research report is that far wrong in that number.
