bergo 33 - I assume you have read the SOC, not withstanding the money that was aquired by selling Chameleon shares which NICU never paid for, surely a reasonable person would at least be concerned that two CHM cheques(one for more than $90k and one for more than $50K) were given to two of the lease vendors, Hinch and Zeedam. Traceability of those cheques detail the withdrawing of funds from CHM's account and being deposited into the two vendors' accounts and those funds can be shown to be part of the total payment amount for the leases.
