I went to lunch today; nah not true. But I did hear some Friday talk about PEN's recent 666million share issue to insto's and soph's and it went, briefly like this; with a dozen variations according to the volumes consumed.
The recent subscribers to the 666million new shares are going to grab a cent and a half + their oppies and bolt for the door.
Doh, as an Iowa elector once said.
Please explain how some very smart dudes are going to dump 600+mill shares on retail and not drive the share price through the floor. I am sort of thinking the concept involves using a nail gun to fix balsa wood to steel mesh.
With all due respect to the anti 708s, it won't happen. Ergo, we will see some 'profit adjustments' but the bulk just won't fit through the door.
Or, please let me know.
Declaration: I have subscribed to the retail offering. I was happy when it was announced and I am still all good today.
