I just spent two weeks on the beach in Croatia. No internet, not tv, no phone, it was brilliant. I also saw quite a few people walking around with BBG on. One guy I spoke to thought his BBG shorts were fake but even this is a compliment to the brand.
As far as the share price goes, I think this is all pretty standard. People cash out and others wait to see what happens with the takeover. $1.35 - $1.40 seems like a fair price for this stock (from a market pov) until further news is out.
