depends on mitigation - we're not seeing all there is to see, subtleties and nuances of the results, yes that can be argued both ways, even so, the point of the exercise is find an effective way to ameliorate or cure Parkinsons Disease, so, most of the observers are going to be biased to preferring decisions based on the positive subtleties and nuances
