recognise the market requires fluency, it is not a matter of transparency, rather, the market has no sense of completion or plans, leaving stock holders feeling in limbo, a vacuum has been created by a lack of conversation between the CEO and stock holders

the question has become; how much to leave on the table in terms of risk, many participants have put in all their capital, the rights and wrongs of that are irrelevant, what's relevant is the market now has begun to adjust it's risk, how much it is prepared to leave for degradation of value, the stock price is now trending south, we have gone way beyond a sense of discount where the price is good value to a sense that it is now too expensive with the current [lack of] communication

without dates for communication about the companies activities there is no base we can find where new money will see the stock as good value
