regression backwards are longer term outcomes -may take years to repair the brain or it may not be possible- would you pay to stop the disease's progression regardless of any improvement towards
original baseline?
not going further is a huge achievement regardless.
arresting it with early diagnosis and Immediate treatment should be enough for a lot of future cases.
