The decision to build a demonstration power plant in LV is obviously due to existing power distribution infrastructure in LV.

Whilst I'm hopeful BM and MNM somehow gets involved in supplying the BCE coal, IF exergen managed to get coal allocation in LV, then it is also possible that the supply simply be sourced locally - like the existing brown coal power plant model. It is true the big advantage BM over LV is the transport infrastructure, from a producer-for-export perspective however the same cannot be said for supplying coal to a POC.

It all depends on the timing of BM vs LV allocation, whichever gets the go-ahead first, will have the advantage.
