In my experience people are open to other quality voice apps, especially free. The interface and other aspects of WP are user-friendly. The consumer business model is based upon this sort of take up, and from there monetisation options will open up with greater engagement. Travelling businessmen or other well off people I have found are ok top pay a small fee for quality and convenience.
Of course there is also the corporate and telco markets.
