The last time I bought KAR was after Kontiki in the $7s.
I made a good profit on that trade but as you saw on Thursday the stock was down 4% before the announcement was released as insiders were selling.
I may be wrong in the long term but find it hard to trust any large cap company that leaks to that extent.
All I am saying everyone should leanr risk management and protect capital.
