An interesting excerpt from the investor presentation in May:
Key 2019 customer wins including ABC, First state super, Isentia, ME Bank, Prospa, SITA, VISY and Jetstar.
82% of enterprise customer base in long term customer partnerships including:
- 80% of Australia's top 10 most valuable brands
- 45% of the ASX top 20 (by market cap)
This is the list of most valuable brands that they are referring to:
1. Telstra
2. Woolworths
3. Coles
4. Commonwealth Bank
5. ANZ
6. NAB
7. BHP
8. Westpac
9.Optus
10. Rio Tinto
Nine of the above companies are on the ASX20 list at the time of this announcement. Optus isn't as its parent company Singtel delisted from the ASX back in 2015.
This means that 8 of the remaining 9 most valuable brands are paying customers of ARQ.
Now if I was a pure technical investor, I would be happy with this trade without knowing a single thing about the ARQ business. However, in my opinion the fundamentals of this company are in tip top shape. You don't often see the value metrics and technical metrics saying BUY at the same time but they are on this one.
