To clarify, Naseema Sparks is on the board of only 2 ASX listed companies, Australian Vintage and ARQ.
From what I can see she has had success with increasing revenue and scale in some of the businesses she has been involved in. She also has experience with strategy and marketing which will help ARQ in the rebranding phase they are in.
INP was on a slippery slope well before Naseema Sparks got there and let's be honest, one director alone is not going to make or break a company.
