Classic condescending mentality.. one director alone wont do it.. the job of a director on a public or orivate company is the same and she is on a ton of them many as chair, but you are clearly happy with the performance of your company down from 3.50 to 60cps and falling.. she was also responsible for strategy and that proven to be amateur hour.. as they said, investors have the board they deserve... good luck if she is behind strategy for this..
