    I rarely go to such things, but this time went to one of the recent investor presentations to see how they would lessen he number of disasters in the future. Lots of explanation of where and why they got it wrong, but there didn't seem much on identifying concrete action to prevent it happening again.

    Anyone else here attend? Any thoughts?
