After a quick read.

1. Is this litigation about the trems of the NTA. Unlikely.Even if AGS win in court they are winning a case not about the terms of the NTA. If there are problems with the terms they would still havee to mediate to solve them.Cant imagine the NTA is that difficult.

2. Opinion only. AGS entered into a restrictive JV. Restrictive in terms of sale of their 25% U3O8. Do they own the 25% or do they own the contractual sale arrangements made by Heathgate.Probably the latter.

3. Restrictive in terms of selling the 25% to another party. What are they selling, not the Uranium but a share in Heathgates business.

4. So is this all about, "We got screwed in the JV so lets litagate to frustrate Heathgate and get more out of this"

If the mediation was only regarding the Nta terms it would have been sorted ages ago.
