recent movement

just a bit of a theory -- does anyone think that the recent movement is due to the one-month anniversary of the 11 April jv ann? i suppose many investors have a one-month risk timeframe. what does everyone think? what are your theories about the recent movement? just people buying following the crowd? something has leaked (i doubt it)? perhaps also as one-month has already elapsed, there is less risk (60 days instead of 90 days of uncertainty) and the market is pricing that in to the SP.
