You obviously have to deal with your provider during the setup phase along with any issues down the track that are not related to nbn. Again, there's a lot of flack for Exetel but there's plenty out there who have joined and stayed loyal for the good value service.
The nbn side of it has been superior to the adsl due to the reduced number of dropouts and the consistently fast speeds, even if it's only 12mbps.
