The biggest issue here is the Asta purchase. If the purchase does not go ahead then I think it will be disasterous for the TNT share price. Cash in bank is running thin and the bleeding wont stop unless the expenses are reined in. With the recent news of Dark Trace I hazard a guess a nice new fat cost will be added to the bottom line and no clients on board as yet (but I am making assumptions). 

Bill is smart, if it looks at all dicey for him the sale will not proceed, there is no chance he will let his company die under such a scenario.It looks far worse for TNT than it does for Asta at this point in time.
