It does look good if you whack the SMS balance sheet with the DWS ROE/ROA magic wand (ROE mid 20s, ROA mid teens). I do think people will back Wallis, and hey - we will not know for quite a while if it is all going crap anyway - lol - and I will be long gone. DWS will have the option of dressing up and flogging the cloud part of what they have acquired, if they feel it isn't billowing as expected.
