Top end of town will be nervous to do business with this company in its current form, If TQ is caught up in this mess and has any sort of integrity and responability to the share holders he would step aside as chairman and sit at the end of the table as a non ex director and get a respected director to the team and let them get on with it.
But be assured he will be soaring up his numbers to stay seated!!
One thing I do know for sure and that is, if any other director in this company was in this aleged position, there would have been mountains moved to insure a move on notice was handed out.
The clock is ticking!!
