sounds a bit two edged. However they are reasonably good with their decisions (apart from being caught with interest rates, but then far from the only one). They presumably feel they can use their expertise with debt collecting to avoid big bad debts and turn it around.
I wonder if they intend taking it over, or are just going to sit on the register for awhile. They have stated their intention to move into corporate financing and maybe this is a segment they see as easier to move into. Next few weeks will be interesting
