I am a bit with you and sitting on the fence. When acquisitions work they are great, but can turn ugly especially if there are hidden traps in the accounts.
my feeling is you have to trust that management know what they are doing (if you don’t, why are you investing in the company), but watch carefully, ready to bail if things don’t seem to be working.
