I can't believe there weren't better options out there to buy an asset finance business than paying full value for a company thats only around 40% asset finance.
Maybe there is a hidden plan somewhere with a third party to buy up EPY & then split it up?
Scott Baldwin has been an excellent CEO for SVR, I just hope he has a plan other than being a minority investor in EPY.
