Historically SVR has tracked around or above NTA in the long term. At 31/12/24 NTA was $1.62. So we're probably no longer in the undervalued classification but closer to fair value if you're a long term investor.
Short to medium term there could still be a considerable upside from here as has happened in the past during interest rate cycles, sector swings etc. I'm already fully loaded here so I won't be adding more but with the yield & tailwinds I can see the attraction of still buying at these levels. Current PE around 10, 12.5 is easily possible in the medium term ($2+).
Still have my original holding from 2010, purchase price 37.5c dividends received $1.10 (ex tax credits).
