Yeah Doc, just like putting a PE value on something that is not an operating producer (operating meaning daily business of mining ore), has no profits, unknown gross and net to calculate reliably, unknown expenses, unknown dilution size of capital as a producer to estimate earnings per share, and no minerology proof of resource size and consistency. But it is still a good story to value something on that basis if you want to appeal to peoples greed on a 10 bagger, lol.
Reminds me of climate projections where you report what you want your employer/fund grantor to hear per their specifications already laid out.
