Any one who has been in this business for a decent period of time, both boom and bust, knows far better than to listen and totally believe what directors of spec coys say.

They make a living from managing these businesses, and that and other monies they can pick up on the side, multiplied over a few coys gives them their end desires. They are really not particularly working for the little bloke. How many businessmen put others interests above their own.
