RB, you quote 'I have used the available information to make some forecasts'. As that available information is so sketchy and unsupported by any factual data and exploration etc, I would consider any back of the envelope predictions to be based on unsound evidence, especially when you cannot divide it by any known shares on issue at the date those future profits might ever become realisable.
I have in the past been recognized by the courts as an expert valuer, asked to give evidence, and if I took such data into a court room, I would be the laughing stock of the courtroom.

"Shares are being accepted in lieu of cash and this speaks volumes. Jason Brewer is buying at market, and in my opinion, will continue to do so."
So JB is purchasing small $ amounts, but tell me what is his other coys selling? That gives the complete picture of whether he is a net puirchaser or seller, and for that you have no details.
As for accepting shares in lieu of cash, that is exactly how La Jolla operates, and any coy in bed with them results in price continually being driven down. As with La Jolla, after cash raisings and shares in lieu, price falls each time thereafter. This is what has been happening here. Put all the dots together needed to understand the bigger picture, and why the share price is declining and not rising.
Good luck with it. No one is ever happy seeing investors loosing time and price, except those feeding on the operations. My view of course. Time in the market gives greater understanding of all the implications and manovering.
