It all comes down to the 5 levels of information, insiders and brokers and preferred clients getting first dibs on a stock (to either buy or sell) then deliberately ramping/downramping a stock for the retail investors (mum's and dad's) to load/unload. Using their newsletter and media clout to manipulate retail buyers and sellers.
