I'm with TPG for mobile and Iinet for cable, had the first problem with mobile EVER a few weeks ago and they were pretty crap but got it sorted and I didn't change providers as one problem in 3 years ain't bad.
Iinet has been the result of 3 different previous providers being bought out and I have had multiple problems but they are and have been the ONLY cable provider in my area EVER and no NBN due anytime soon, even though I have had problems all but one was caused by companies changing so really only one genuine problem in 13 years and I always get someone on the phone quickly.
I'd love to go 5g only from TLS and would if data got to the 100gb a month range for my mobile phone then I would just use hotspot for my other devices.
Dropped my home line 13 years ago and the only thing that will get me to change is dropping cable for unwired.
