Mate/Coblinski, there is absolutely no connection whatsoever.
However, a party associated with AEM had a parcel of shares in IDC.
His business with AEM has some financial issues.
He was selling off his IDC shares (Jan 2013) to raise capital to keep his other business going.
Then, in Feb 2013 a hedge fund in HK decided to sell all their positions in gold equities (including their parcel of shares in IDC).
The consequence, AEM and the hedge fund have respectively put in lower than usual sell offers suppressing the expected move up on the share price of IDC over the first weeks of 2013.
