No one follows that contact email. You can phone them and they will talk to you. However you are talking to someone once removed from the company. I believe it is the company that looks after their company secretary work. They will listen to you and promise to pass it on to the board but nothing ever seems to work. Maybe if we all called it would make a difference. Compare this to moy where you can email the CEO and get a reply or WPG where you can email the board chairman and get a reply. With both these companies they communicate anyway so need to bother them.
