My guess is that it’s institutional buying for the long term associated with those new green guidelines international funds have around ethical buying related to climate change. Ditch oil and buy electrification etc. Whatever it is I would love for it to continue.
One more thing. There was some confusion around buying last Friday. Whether you had entitlement rights as it did say held at 7 pm 29/05/20. NVX mgmt said no to this and you must of held prior to the trading halt. Still a bit grey re this or has it been confirmed. You guessed it. I bought 29/05/20. I can’t complain whatever the rule.
