Agree that it is always the best option for a lender to allow a borrower to work their way out and settle the debt commercially... however - likelihood of recovery and appropriate compensation for risk need to be factored in.

Agree that SDA has customers, income and a current market leading position - incoming, agile competitors are likely to cause little or low margin and sales growth in the near term.

SDA absolutely need a highly dilutive CR to regear balance sheet... execs need to take a pay cut in accordance with the new market capitalization.... lots of pain to come.
