Might be a combination of the institutional/sophisticated investors and those that participated in the SPP dumping holdings for a stag profit.
NAN is not a highly liquid stock so it does not take much to move the price up or down a lot.
Also Goldman Sachs is constantly selling up and down now... substantial holder one day, not a substantial holder the next and so on.
