Tough clear regulations should not be a problem. No Government is going to choke such a promising industry but it is in our interests and theirs that the farmers and Greenies get to see proper regulation.
This will give us certainty and allow the Government to proceed without scandal. Its good politics and also good practice.
I wouldnt want to invest in a business that ignored environmental concerns anyway and while this noise might cause some holders to get nervous I suspect current SP movement is more about shorters playing games and holders impatient for news.
