arttse, I believe the 30 million shares are those detailed in the 16th November placement announcement as "the balance to be issued subject to shareholder approval" - 4 cents.

Who bought them, i don't know?

The others are executive options - only new info is how many and strike prices. A and B options appear a bit generous but I guess it depends on how their remuneration packages are structured to really arrive at that conclusion. If remuneration is aligned mainly to share price performance as David has stated then probably fair enough as cash burn rates will be less at a time when they need to get assets up and performing. The C options with a strike price of 10 cents will mean they have to perform from here still so fair enough.

(Think there is an error in their announcement - the A, B and C option totals add up to 32.5 million - not 31.5 million. Might need a clarification tomorrow?)

Wouldn't mind seeing a 2 or 3 for 1 share consolidation later.
