As you say TheAnalyser, these would represent those previously mentioned...but why at 4c...and why with bloody free options attached?
Given recent performance, there is a good argument, in my opinion, to see them issued closer to the 5c mark...regardless of what level they have previously been approved at!
I know the money will be used wisely and that things are rolling along nicely, but I'm affraid I expected better things from NDO...now we have more overhead...SH!T!
Only hope they went to the right kind of people!
