Well - on 27 Nov 2020, shareholders voted unanimously that the CEO would receive 10,000,000 fully paid Ord shares on the proviso that two things occur prior to 27 Nov 22:
1. that the mining lease is granted by NSW Government; or
2. a takeover bid pursuant of Section 9.
I can assure you that he will not want to lose this kind of payday (currently $2M) on top of his already held shares
So, my gut tells me that the insiders will push this share as they see fit just prior to approval or takeover at a price that the insiders are happy with
