Who really knows River.


Looking at the annual report the following stand out:

1) far too many executives
2) executives that draw a salary and various consultancy fees via their own personal companies
3) inadequate cash flow to meet future liabilities
4) lack of cornerstone investors ( prob because of above )
5) high-cost AIM listing without any apparent benefit

As a result, we now have complete loss of confidence by Australian shareholder base in the business and it's management.
