Someone please correct me if I'm wrong- but the way I see this trading is as follows:
Someone is trying to accumulate a decent sized position. They have a cap on the SP with a large offer at 220, therefore forcing any would be sellers to undercut that. They then accumulate with their drip feeding sucking up the sell side.
Time to top up me thinks because sooner or later the cap will be removed and it'll blow
