Someone has been offloading at 2.20 for several days now, with relatively small orders which are refreshed as soon as they are filled. That is a legitimate seller who has been selling many over the last few days.
The single large sell order at 2.20 was only entered yesterday, it may be designed to keep trading below that, or it may be a legitimate sell order at the max price reached recently.
