re: trading 'canny' and fat prophets The Sell recommendation by Fat Prohets was issued on the 16th of June. You can read there full analysis here :

Basically it was a good short term call, as the recommendation was at 51c.

However there reasoning to sell was primarily based on political risk perception and then uncertainty of the Canadian listing and the weakening resource sector.

They seemed to expect war to break out and quote news stories of events that have since been a non issue.

However since then the Canadian listing went fine, resources (especially copper) are holding up nicely and the Congo continues to muddle along.
