It would be interesting to learn how andy_verce knows, "they have it all under control,' since the rest of us seem to be less informed. Perhaps he means "in his opinion", in which case he should say so, else it sounds like he is giving a fact and advice.
Otherwise, IMO, a reasonable run for the company, probably deserved, and at the modest level appropriate for the results so far.
I don't agree that sales happen automatically just because you have the right product. This from my experience is a naive approach to sales and marketing and has been the doom of many a good product and company. A close friend of mine says that everything we buy and use is inferior to something better that never made it to the market, and I believe him. That has proven true in this case, the company has had the right product for a long time and still struggles. So IMO the worst thing to do is to relax. Of course andy_verve means the SH's, but it suggests a potential scary laissez faire attitude to sales within the company too, to me.
