CCE having potential for a $1bil market cap at $0.10 per share shows the dilution of shares in this company more than its potentials at the moment. IMHO

CCE was saved from the death knock with three non-executive directors calling on their affiliated companies to contribute to the $5.5mil needed to avoid liquidation.

CCE was in financial trouble in early 2019 by not being able to meet the outcomes of the aspirational wave energy production tech of CETO (Albany WA) - proving at the time that the marine environment is more complex than wind and solar in the renewables sector (IMHO). When a $16 mil WA State Gov contract was pulled in early March 2019 CCE went into voluntary administration only days later. Shortly after going into voluntary administration it was made public that CCE had spent $2.6mil of the $16mil WA Gov Funding, CCE had just over $3k in funds available and CCE had a reliance on government grants and tax breaks. Combined this with high executive salaries and you have a coy that was way out of step in regards to commercial viability and accountability - at that time.

I understand that there are changes in management and remuneration - which is good.

I believe its very important to research the new technologies that are promoted by any company. Artificial Intelligence that gives 30 seconds advance warning of wave height and swell intensity fall short of a backbone for a billion dollar business - again IMHO.

I will hold and watch. long way back to green from red for myself.
