Maybe I should stick this in the "Things the Scottish Invented" thread too :) "Economic Crime"

Maybe their detection rates are up 9%...or because of the economic downturn, more people are loafing around and therefore seeing more crime??

I hate statistics... there are lies, damned lies and statistics

At the end of the day it's interesting to note that human nature changes not a jot...blame the stranger/immigrant :)
