personally - nil. everyone knows the GDP will be -5% or whatever the latest estimate is. there's no real reason for it to fundamentally affect AEF.
how does AEF make their money? management fees and underlying growth. these two things aren't really driven by economic GDP.
not to say the declaration of a recession won't cause some to sell and cause AEF to be pulled back down. but no cause for panic in my books. I dipped another toe in at the low $4s - would like another chance to be honest
