Hi Soothsayer and others

Firstly, as I said in a recent post, I know as much as you all do. I have not been involved with the company since the end of January 2015. I attended the AGM in 2014. I introduced myself to the new CEO/MD earlier on this year. That's the only direct contact I have had with the company. So I, like you all, watch for announcements and news.

I watch HotCopper and am active as this is the only platform I know of where you can "chat". I like it as a platform as it makes me hear what the market is saying, good, bad and otherwise. When I was at BCT and since leaving, I have found it as a very important portal of communication and vibe of the market sentiment. I have learnt much though it and the posts. I have NEVER used it as a way to pump up or promote the stock. I find it more as a reality check.

With regard to remarks about my holding, as disclosed whilst I was at BCT in the capacity as MD/CEO and since, I have had to VERY RELUCTANTLY sell down my holding in BCT to survive whilst I had no income as well as to pay the ATO for tax on shares provided to me by the company through its ESAP. I have had to sell at these massively LOW share price levels whilst the tax man applied a value on my shares many times higher (price last private placement was at prior to the IPO in 2011) so it kills me to sell. But, I still have a material holding in the company - so the message is POSITIVE in that one of the co-founders, who was made to leave in early 2014, still has a material holding in the company. If I wanted to, I could have sold my entire holding and not cared about the company, the shareholders from November 2005 through to people who have bought to present times. But I do car; l do believe.

I, like the rest of you holders, hope that the company will success in its commercialisation program and bring this to reality. We all know what is needed - announcements and proof of sales and sales traction and it will be re-rated. So I watch, every day, waiting for news. I find out more on HotCopper than anywhere else.

So in summary, I take no insult as to your recent post but hope you understand where I am coming from. I enjoy the HotCopper forum and hope we can see Bluechiip succeed and be the success that it deserves. Being a co-founder, I want it to succeed. Being a material shareholder, I want it to succeed. Being someone who brought many of the funds into the company ($16M in equity and $5M in grants between 2005 - 2014) and knowing many of the investors, personally and professionally, I want it to succeed. I want it to succeed to show the world that Australian companies, even tech ones, can develop global innovation that have commercial application.

Let's see what the future holds for BCT and us shareholders. I, like you all on HotCopper, want it to be a success. I look forward to the posts once we get through that "gateway" and it will then be about growth and coping with growth, licensing the technology to partners, etc. Until then, we wait with baited breath, for the announcements of sales.
